Codemasters Studios Birmingham, is a BAFTA award winning development team responsible for the critically acclaimed, 2 million-plus selling F1 2010™ developed using the EGO™ Game Technology Platform, Codemasters’ proprietary tech .
Currently in development is F1 2011™, the sequel to the fastest-selling FORMULA ONE game ever released. However along side this we are looking for additional talent to join a new team based in Birmingham to work on a brand new exciting title. Principal Level Designer

Working in collaboration with the Principal Games Designer to define the mechanics, environments, NPCs, and game loops which deliver on the vision as defined by the Chief Games Designer.
Mentoring and tasking Level Designers on the project, or within the studio if required. Defining best practices, adapted to the needs of the project, liaising with other departments to define workflow and pipeline requirements, and being the first quality gate. Career management of level designers to senior level in collaboration with the Chief Games Designer.
