• Design, develop and maintain the various games, including:
• Technical realization of the games
• Building the (server side) game logic
• Interfacing with the generic services (APIs)
• Provide technical support for the game designers and artists
• Maintain a professional look & feel in the various games
• Advise what functionalities or technologies to use in our games
  

• Has thorough working knowledge of Flash, Flex and AS2 and 3
• Has working knowledge of internet standards like TCP/IP, AJAX, XML, etc. 
• Understands various media formats (audio/video/pics) and graphical tools (photoshop, dreamweaver)
  

• Understands how to be creative and develop software and how the technical realization of a game has impact on the gameplay
• Is a creative thinker without loosing the ability to develop quality code 
• Understands various agile software development methodologies and can work in a Scrum setup
  

Game / Internet Knowledge:

• Knows his way around the internet and the game community
• Has developed online games, preferrably casual games
• Is member of at least one online forum, newsgroup, profile site or community of any sort.
  

Nice to Haves:

• Has experience with high-traffic games / game portals, streaming or online chats.
• Knowledge of or experience with PHP, MySQL, C, Java, Unity or Silverlight 
• Can manage projects or small teams
